A couple of added points: 1.) If untightening/tightening the oil tank drain plug, double wrench it to avoid overstressing the tank bottom fitting. 2.) Be sure to burp out the residual oil from the crankcase BEFORE draining the oil tank — Do NOT move the prop after the oil tank has been emptied. 3.) Use a small plastic tube fitting or soft ear plug to temporarily stem the flow of oil leaking from the magnetic plug hole while you inspect/clean the plug.
