Battlecreek, Michigan-based WACO Aircraft says the new YMF-5 (it’s not a clone) is a rare fusion of heritage and 21st century performance. AvBrief’s Larry Anglisano had to get a close look so he rolled cameras on it while airshow pilot/WACO Aircraft’s Mike Hartman gave a nice tour of the airplane at Sun ‘n Fun 2026.
