King Air Emergency Autoland Demo

Garmin’s Emergency Autoland tech has been flying in a variety of aircraft, including as a retrofit system in various Beech King Air twin turboprops. And since its introduction in 2019, we’ve been waiting for the first real-world Autoland activation and landing. The day finally came on Dec. 20, 2025, when Autoland was activated and a safe landing fully executed in a Beech King Air 200. In this video, we flew along in Garmin’s King Air for a demo of the Autoland and Autothrottles.
