First Flight: Larry Larson’s RV-7A “Lucy”

Larry Larson Recently made the first flight in his RV-7 “Lucy.” He writes:

“Wow! All I can say is wow! Lucy handles like no other airplane I’ve flown. She has a tiny heavy left wing, I have since adjusted. 13 year very slow build. Lots of folks ask about the paint job. Yellow and the screaming eagle are vinyl wrap. The black is Kirker Single Stage Urethane. Keep pounding rivets. It’s worth it.”

The Experimental Aviator will feature many more articles about Lucy. Notice the nice wheel fairings? Here’s a teaser from Larry’s upcoming article about them.
